Front of House staff - part time - The Beach House

Searching for experienced candidates to join our driven and dynamic FOH team at BeachHouse in Barwon Heads. The role requires passionate and self-motivated applicants who rode themselves on providing customers with exceptional customer service.

The ideal applicant should have experience within the hospitality industry, have coffee making experience, food and wine knowledge and must be available to work on weekdays, weekends, public holidays and special events.

If you have effective communication skills with customers, chefs and other staff members, work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and have a passion for the industry then this is the job for you!

This full-time role will provide high level administrative support to a team of Corporate & Commercial lawyers, including:

  • Organising and coordinating client meetings, including liaising directly with clients
  • Document production and use of precedents
  • Drafting correspondence and typing dictations
  • Managing the billing cycle
  • File Management, including maintenance of information in our practice management system

You will have the capability to deal professionally with clients, accountants and business advisors, be highly motivated, very well organised with excellent communication skills and be able to work in a high volume environment.
