Recently our Senior Womens Football Coach Josh Bacely caught up with Dave Proctor who with the team at 13th Beach Health Services is providing support to our Senior Womens Football program – both at training and at games.

The conversation focussed on the interrupted pre-season, how to best prepare players who may not have had a lot of experience playing AFL and some handy hints to look after player health.
