Barwon Heads endeavours to appoint quality senior coaches. In appointing coaches for our A and B Grades we consider many attributes that include experience, expertise and commitment to the club.
Our C – E Grade coaching appointments are usually from within the club and similarly we look for attributes that will have a positive influence on our teams and the club.
The club has a Coaching Mentor who oversees and liaises with all coaches. The mentor ensures that coaching techniques are consistent across the club and that younger coaches are provided with and informed of up-to-date and current practices.

Players must also have current Netball Victoria Membership (formally NVA) which is available online through Netball Victoria.
