THE GAME PLAN VOLUNTEER EDUCATION DAY – AFL BARWON
AFL Barwon is holding a club volunteer education day, called ‘The Game Plan’ and is to be held on Sunday 24th February at GMHBA Stadium. This education day will offer volunteers from all aspects of the club to learn more about their roles and how to best achieve what is expected of them. There will be a range of sessions on offer and you will get to hear from the following key note speakers:
- Head of AFL Victoria Ricky Bell
- Head of Coach Education at the AFL – David Rath
- Sports TG Expert- Keith Whitford
- Josh Easton from Crowe Horwath in regards to Financial Management
- Leisure Networks around what they can offer clubs around on going education and support
- AFL Barwon staff on development and operational aspects for 2019
As Barwon Heads Football Netball Club is a largely run by volunteers, we’d love to get as many volunteers to this education day as possible to ensure the 2019 season is our best yet.
